The owners of this residence have a "NO PET POLICY" for inside the residence.  No pets will be permitted indoor by residents and/or guests.  This residence is being rented strictly to people, not to pets.  The only exceptions will be small caged animals such as birds, hamsters, gerbils, and gold fish, that must be confined to the cage at all times.  However, the tenant may choose to have an outdoor pet (like a dog or cat) on the property providing they clean up after the pet's "business" in the yard and they are responsible to comply with all the bylaws of the community, concerning outdoor pets.  It is the tenant's responsibility to find out what the bylaws are.  Outdoor pets are not permitted inside the residence, not even for feeding.
